  1. How much space do I need for the castle?
This depends on the size of the castle you are hiring, but generally you will need a clear area of at least 3ft wider and higher and at least 8ft longer than the size of the castle you are hiring. The ground should be quite level and no sharp bushes or objects should be near enough to come into contact with the castle. Height is usually the main problem for indoor venues.

Frequently Asked Questions
  1. What about insurance?
We have full public liability insurance. Unless we are supervising the castle, the insurance does not provide you with any cover for injuries caused by neglect or incorrect supervision of the hirer or for any damage caused to our castles.
  1. Do I need to pay a booking deposit?
No not for inflatable hire, but we may ask for a deposit for entertainment. We take people at their word. All we ask is that if you need to cancel a booking then you do so with us as soon as possible.

The preferred method is to phone.
  1. When I hire is there anything I need to provide?
We supply all the hardware you will need. You will need to provide a 240 volts mains supply otherwise the only thing you need to provide is the children!
If however you don't have an electricity supply you can hire a generator from us.
  1. Can the castles go on concrete or tarmac?
There is no reason why not as far as the castle in concerned. A ground sheet can be provided if required. However child safety would be the hirers concern. We do supply crash mats if required. Please tell us if your castle will not be sited on grass, so we can provide suitable methods for securing the castle.
  1. Are there any age limits on your castles?
Yes, our castles are made for children 14 and under. We do however have Castles that can be hired out for adults or whole families.
  1. What happens on the day of hire?
On delivery you will be given full instructions of operation of the inflatable, and a contract of hire which will require a signature of the hiree. Delivery and collection can be arranged to suit your requirements. (Please make sure someone is in to take delivery.) We will ensure your castle is securely pegged down and is in fully working order, we will also answer any questions you may have. We then come and take the castle away after your party has finished. Should you have any concerns with the weather, please contact us prior to delivery time.
  1. How far away will you deliver?
This depends on equipment required, and can be arranged by negotiation.
